Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to your use of skinnytogreek.com and to The Greek Protocol and any other digital product sold by SKINNY TO GREEK ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

Our products are for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy or use them.

2. What you are buying

The Greek Protocol is a digital PDF guide, with access delivered through Whop. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it for yourself. Updates we release to the same product are included.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, share, post or distribute the guide, in whole or in part.
• Share your access with other people.
• Remove our name, branding or website address from it.

All content, text, designs and branding belong to SKINNY TO GREEK. We may remove access if these terms are broken.

4. Health disclaimer

Our products are general education, not medical advice. We are not doctors, and nothing here creates a doctor-patient relationship. Talk to a doctor before you start any exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or a history with food or body image struggles. Exercise carries a risk of injury. You use the guide at your own risk and are responsible for training safely.

5. No guaranteed results

Results depend on age, starting point, sleep, nutrition, consistency and genetics. Examples in our materials are illustrations, not promises. We don't guarantee any specific result.

6. Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Whop, and their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. A change doesn't affect a purchase you've already made. Taxes may be added where required.

7. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

8. Limit of liability

The products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any injury, loss or indirect damages from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms or your purchase, email us at support@skinnytogreek.com. You can also use the support option on your Whop receipt.
