Refund Policy

The Greek Protocol is a digital product (a PDF guide). It is delivered instantly after purchase, and it can't be returned once you have it. Because of that, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

When we will refund you

• Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You can't access it. You can't open or download the product, and we can't fix the problem within 7 days of you contacting us.
• It isn't what we described. The product is materially different from its description on our website.

When we won't

• You changed your mind, or the product wasn't what you hoped for, after you downloaded it.
• You didn't get the results you expected. Results depend on age, starting point, sleep, nutrition, consistency and genetics, and we don't guarantee any specific result.
• You didn't follow the plan, or you stopped partway.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase through the support option on your Whop purchase receipt or your Whop purchase page. Include the email you used to buy and a short description of the problem. We'll reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days.

If we approve a refund

We'll refund the original payment method through Whop. Banks and card issuers can take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your access to the product may be removed once a refund is issued.

Please contact us before a chargeback

If something went wrong, please talk to us first. We would rather fix it, and a dispute with your bank takes much longer for everyone.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. The policy that applied on the day you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
